The Internet TESL Journal:
A monthly online journal for teachers of English as a second language with articles, research papers, lesson plans, classroom handouts, teaching ideas, and useful links.

TESL-L:
This is a mailing list for Teachers of English to Speakers of other Languages. Subscribers discuss issues related to classroom teaching and exchange opinions and ideas about teaching English. There eight different special interest groups you can join. TESL-L also has a huge archive from which you can download a lot of useful materials and conference papers.

  • In the body of the message type the following:

  • Send the message. (Do not include your signature in the body of the message.) 

NETEACH-L:
This is an electronic discussion list where English teachers discuss issues related to using the Internet in the ESL classroom. You can also post any questions you might have about using computers, setting up a lab or any computer related challenges that you may have.

Just key in the word you are interested in and the dictionary entry will appear on your screen. Downloadable crosswords and worksheets are also provided.
